Due to the size and value of golf cars, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your golf car arrives damaged or defective:

We will arrange one of the following based on the situation:

Products damaged after delivery (misuse, accidents, improper storage, etc.) are not eligible.
4. Return Process

The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval
Do not ship items back without an RA numberāunapproved returns will be rejected.
