All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or due to inventory demands, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and prepared for shipment.

Golf cars and large items typically deliver within:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

4. Freight Delivery Information (Golf Cars)
Golf cars ship via freight carriers due to their size and weight.
Freight Delivery Includes:

Scheduled delivery appointment

Curbside delivery

Tracking updates by email
Important Notes:

The driver cannot bring the unit inside your home or garage

Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the delivery

If the packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Lost shipments due to incorrect addresses

Delays caused by address errors

Additional fees charged by the carrier for redelivery or address correction
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your golf car or item arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damage

Note the damage on the delivery receipt (very important for freight shipments)

Contact us at support@vortexedges.shop within 48 hours
We will arrange:

Replacement

Repair

or a Refund (depending on the severity and situation)
Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to the size of our products.
A physical street address is required for all orders.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

Check with neighbors or building management

Look around your property

Contact the carrier directly
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
